SMS Communications

TradeRide may use mobile phone numbers to send transactional SMS messages related to use of the platform.

Providers may be required to receive a one-time SMS verification code to verify their provider account. Providers may also choose to receive SMS alerts related to job opportunities, booking updates, and account activity. Message frequency varies based on account and job activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS alerts by replying STOP to a TradeRide text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@traderide.co. You may also disable certain SMS notifications through your account settings where available.

TradeRide does not use transactional SMS messages for marketing.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

TradeRide does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the TradeRide platform and deliver transactional communications.

We may share information:

• Between customers and providers as needed to complete a job
• With trusted third-party service providers that help operate the TradeRide platform, such as payment processors, authentication providers, cloud hosting providers, mapping services, and messaging providers
