Use of the Platform

TradeRide is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers. TradeRide does not perform services and is not responsible for the actions or services of providers.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting services
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Treat providers respectfully and communicate clearly regarding service needs

Service Requests

When you request a service through TradeRide:

• You agree to the displayed price and service scope at the time of booking
• You understand that providers are independent and responsible for completing the service
• TradeRide does not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of services

Payments

• You agree to pay the full amount shown when booking a service
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• TradeRide is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party services

Cancellations

• You may cancel a service request in accordance with platform policies
• Repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform may result in account restrictions

Ratings and Feedback

• You may provide ratings and feedback after services are completed
• Feedback should be honest and respectful
• TradeRide may remove feedback that is inappropriate or misleading

Limitation of Liability

TradeRide is not liable for:

• The quality or outcome of services provided by independent providers
• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to platform use

Account Termination

TradeRide may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior

SMS Communications

TradeRide may send transactional SMS messages in connection with use of the platform.

Providers may be required to verify their mobile phone number by receiving a one-time SMS verification code. Message and data rates may apply.

Providers may choose to receive TradeRide SMS alerts related to their provider account, including job opportunities, booking updates, and account alerts. Message frequency varies based on account and job activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to a TradeRide text message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@traderide.co. Disabling SMS alerts may limit your ability to receive timely provider job opportunities or account updates.

SMS alerts are transactional and are not promotional or marketing messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to Terms

TradeRide may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
